Training Programme | Development

Training is inseparable from activities. Training for performing workshops for children and adults is social context dependent, achieved through building relations among people. The basic approach of the Programme, holistic and process-oriented, is not built only on the knowledge about humans, but primarily on the practicing and performing the ideas of Lev Vygotsky.


Programme Development

Training Programme and overall HN Programme are developed mutually following the same line. From 1992, when the first Programmes were developed, until 2003, training programmes had included preschool teachers schoolteachers, psychologists, pedagogues, as well as local and international volunteers and experts working with marginalized social groups.
